Hi, I’m Cristine Harper – a personal trainer, wellness coach, and passionate advocate for whole-body health. With a holistic, root-cause approach, I help women and men reclaim their energy, rebuild strength, and restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My work blends functional nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness, not just quick fixes. Whether you’re recovering postpartum, rebuilding after burnout, or simply seeking a more aligned and empowered version of yourself, I’m here to walk with you on your journey to vibrant health.
I grew up on a farm in Southern Idaho, where I learned the value of hard work and whole foods. I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart and a proud mom of three amazing boys and one sweet girl. In addition to being a certified NASM personal trainer and credited wellness coach, I’m also a professionally trained chef, having earned my degree from The Art Institute of Salt Lake City in 2010. I’ve been creating individualized workout programs and meal plans for over nine years, helping clients reach their goals while enjoying the process.
After being diagnosed with celiac disease in 2010, I became deeply experienced in working with food allergies and sensitivities. I cook exclusively gluten- and dairy-free meals for my family, and as a chef, I love showing others how healthy food can be both nourishing to the body and delicious.
Whether we’re training together, cleaning up your nutrition, or supporting your lifestyle in a more holistic way, my goal is always the same: to help you thrive in a way that feels strong, sustainable, and fun.
